My name is Chris Hull, and I have been a personal trainer for 8 years after having got my certification in the YMCA’s CAN F.I.T program.
My passion for fitness was sparked by a deep admiration for elite athletes and their remarkable performances. Over the years, I've come to appreciate the thoughtfulness involved in coming up with ideal workouts that increase strength, improve athleticism, improve imbalances, reduce injury risk and improve cardio.
Drawing from my own journey and years of experience, I've developed a methodical approach to fitness—one that prioritizes strength, functionality, and performance optimization. My aim is to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve your fitness goals efficiently, effectively and long term.
My day-to-day at FusionX gym consists of training clients One on One, website maintenance, and growing our personal training department by on boarding new clients/doing consultations.
As of October, I have been working on growing our small group training service aimed at giving clients another way to receive fitness coaching at our facility.
