Gym Membership with Group Personal Training

At FusionX, we’re thrilled to introduce weekly small group training sessions—Our circuit training classes are fun, with lots of variation so you never know what to expect! What you will come to expect is a quality full body workout combining aspects of strength, cardio, and athletic training as you are coached through workouts utilizing the whole gym.

Each class is done in a group (between 4-8 people). After purchasing a pack of 6 / 8 / 10 / or 12 classes, you will be able to register for each class through the Gymmaster APP.

About the Class

Warm Up

Training starts with a “Warm up”. Consisting a series of light weight and body weight exercises getting you ready for the fun part…

Circuits

After the “Warm up” we start the circuit. Utilizing the entire gym, and mixing the different machines and equipment, we set up multiple stations with exercises to complete for 30 seconds before continuing to the next station. Once a full rotation is done you are given a short rest before the next round.

Finishing Exercise

To finish up the class we have a special “Finisher”! Typically a core burnout or a test of your cardio! Putting an exclamation point on a quality workout.

Group Training Membership Packages

How they work…

Packages options are 6, 8, 10, or 12 group trainings to be completed before the 8 week membership is finished.

  • Package re-news are every 8 weeks, or once the sessions are completed. (which ever happens first).

  • Taxes are applicable

  • You can expect to have a choice from 3-4 classes a week. You can see current full class schedule here.

  • No you can do as many of the scheduled sessions you wish until your package is completed.

    • Drop In : $24.99+tx

    • 6 classes: $139.99+tx

    • 8 classes: $179.99+tx

    • 10 classes: $219.99+tx

    • 12 classes: $239.99+tx

    Each package must be completed in their timeframe

  • Yes Every package option includes a 24/7 membership to the gym for 8 weeks

  • You can expect a high tempo training session and to burn ALOT of calories. Elements of Powerlifting, Crossfit, and more will be experienced in each session.
