DANA’S BIO

Hi, my name is Dana Frade, I am a fitness trainer and health coach. I love educating my clients about holistic approaches to fitness and wellness while helping them achieve their absolute best.

With a degree in psychology and a growing education in kinesiology I offer a number of services including:

  • Pilates, Yoga, and Zumba classes

  • Pain to Performance rehabilitation - Specialization in assisting individuals with injuries or health conditions for safe and effective exercise.

  • Personal training

  • Health and Nutrition coaching - Specialization training in treating hormonal imbalances and menopause.

Everyone of my new client start with a comprehensive assessment where we identify your strengths, weaknesses, and objectives. From there, you will get a customized training program designed to maximize your results.

I use a unique combination of psychology and fitness, this has been proven to be very helpful to address both the mental and physical aspects of health. My approach is holistic as I consider all aspects of well-being, not just physical exercise.

  • Toning and Building Muscle

I believe that building muscle is about more than just physical appearance—it's about transforming your overall health and well-being. Enjoy improved posture, metabolism, bone density and strength with effective resistance training and conditioning programs.

  • Body Recomposition

    Programs designed to burn extra calories and shed fat. Combining free weights with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is one of the many ways you can achieve sustainable fat loss and optimal health especially when paired with a proper diet !
