FUSIONX trainers offer a variety of training options in order to best meet the unique needs of each individual client. You may want to focus on Muscle building, movement, flexibility, endurance, fat loss, or athletic performance and we will have you covered.

How It Works

  • Choose from one of our In House Training services starting as low as 179.99 for 4 weeks.

  • Our Specialized Training Packages range from 4 to 36 training sessions and are scheduled over 4 to 12 week timeframes.

  • 24/7 Gym Access Included

  • Body Scan Analysis Included

  • Payment plans and discounts available on longer training sessions packages.

  • Must agree to terms and conditions of the Our Personal Training Client Agreement

Personal Training Intake Process

At FUSIONX, our full time Referral Director specializes in matching new clients with their ideal trainer, practitioner, or naturopath. Simply complete the new client application linked below in order to receive our trainer recommendations and to get started within one week.

Once your Intake form is submitted, you will be contacted by our training co-ordinator for a COMPLIMENTARY 15-30 minute in-person consultation. This is where you will discuss your goals and the specific training options that will suit you best. You will be properly on-boarded, paired with a trainer and set up with an Inbody scan reading which measures metrics such as body fat, muscle mass and BMI.

FusionX Training Packages

Designed for any level of fitness and optimized for consistency. All of our FusionX training packages includes exclusive 24/7 access.

  1. Self Sufficient Training Package

    For clients who are experienced enough to follow a custom program and stay consistent. Meet with a Trainer for a Physical Assessment, and after discussing your goals and expectations the trainer will write a 4-6 week program specifically for you. You will meet with the trainer one more time to learn the program.

  2. Package of 4 Sessions

    This is a starter pack designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of training at a slower pace. The 4 sessions are completed in 6 weeks averaging one session per week, but may be completed sooner. You will be encouraged to come to the gym another 2-3 times a week on your own with this package.

  3. Package of 12 Sessions

    More sessions for quicker and better results. This package is done over 8 weeks averaging two sessions a week, but may be completed sooner. you will be learning and applying a wider variety of training methods. You will be encouraged to come to the gym another 1-2 times a week on your own with this package.

  4. Package of 36 Sessions

    For those ready to commit to a change in their lifestyle, or maybe you’ve got a specific goal or challenge to complete. This package is done in 12 weeks averaging three sessions a week, but may be completed sooner. You will have a detailed hands on experience gaining a wealth of knowledge in the process.

*The sessions are discounted based on the length of the package, the longer the package, the higher the discount on a per session basis.

**If sessions are completed before the package ends, the client may purchase single “Pro rated Add on” sessions or get and start a new package.

  • Our facility is open 24/7 (including holidays) for training sessions and valid memberships.

    For new inquiries our operations are Monday to Friday 9am-8pm
