Welcome! My name is John El Haibi, and I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. At 25 years old, my passion for physical activity and working out has driven me to start a career in fitness.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Management, but my true calling led me to become a certified Personal Trainer through the YMCA. I am constantly researching, learning, and staying up-to-date with new discoveries about the human body from the best sources, ensuring that my training methods are backed by the latest science.

I have competed and excelled in numerous competitions, including long distance races, arm-wrestling, and military-style obstacle courses. My love for nature and the outdoors fuels my belief that a strong, healthy, resilient mind and body are crucial to enjoying a high quality of life.

Having functional strength while maintaining a lean physique as the reason I am able to enjoy life and the outdoors the way I do! This belief underscores my holistic approach to health and fitness, focused on physical exercise, proper nutrition, and lifestyle choices.

In my personal life, I engage in a variety of activities that keep me connected to nature and enhance my physical and mental resilience. These include ice dipping, sauna, slacklining, deliberate breathing, parkour, hiking, cliff jumping, climbing, and wild swimming. These pursuits reflect my commitment to maintaining a strong and healthy lifestyle, which I aim to impart to my clients.
